 Mission Statement: The CAL Overstock & Surplus Den, a unit of Property Management, has been delegated the responsibility for the appropriate disposal of surplus UC Berkeley Campus property. It seeks to be a source of additional revenue for the University by maximizing excess property value through aggressive marketing of available products, repackaging and refurbishing (in some cases) of property, and establishing a competitive bidding environment and expanded sales presence. As of February 27, 2007, we're officially a Green Business!
